Speaking, Consulting, and Workshop Services
All speaking engagements, consulting services, workshops, and advisory services are subject to the terms outlined in a separate written agreement or engagement letter.
Because services involve time, preparation, and scheduling commitments, fees for services are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in the applicable agreement.
Refunds, rescheduling, or cancellations—if permitted—will be governed by the specific terms agreed upon in writing for each engagement.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Approval and any associated fees will be handled in accordance with the terms of the individual engagement agreement.
Digital Products (Toolkit)
Purchases of digital products, including toolkits or downloadable materials, are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits after purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Exceptions
