JOURNEY THAT SHAPED MY LEADERSHIP
The

Every leader has a story. Edugie's journey began long before boardrooms, executive strategy sessions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Arriving in the United States at the age of seventeen, she quickly learned that resilience, perseverance, faith, and an unwavering commitment to excellence would become the foundation of her leadership journey. She pursued engineering with determination, building a distinguished career leading large-scale technology, systems engineering, and enterprise transformation initiatives within a Fortune 100 organization.
Her commitment to excellence ultimately led her to attain the distinguished title of Senior Technical Fellow—the highest individual technical recognition within the Fortune 100 enterprise where she built her career. In doing so, she became the first African American woman to achieve that distinction, a milestone earned through decades of technical excellence, innovation, strategic thinking, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. More importantly, it reflected the trust placed in her to solve some of the organization's most complex business and technology challenges while leading transformation at an enterprise scale.
Throughout her career, Edugie came to understand that successful transformation is rarely about technology alone. Lasting change happens when leaders gain clarity, align people around a shared vision, and execute with purpose. She believes the greatest breakthroughs occur when strategy, systems, and people move together toward a common goal.
