Edugie Solutions was founded by Edugie Niepa, a former Lockheed Martin Senior Technical Fellow and Chief Engineer for enterprise transformation with 27 years of experience spanning systems engineering, technology-enabled transformation, enterprise transformation, and executive leadership.
Known for her ability to connect strategy, systems, technology, people, and execution, Edugie helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen decision-making, and move transformation forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Today, she partners with executives and organizations through executive & strategic advisory, enterprise transformation consulting, and speaking engagements.
THE JOURNEY THAT SHAPED HER LEADERSHIP
Every leader has a story. Edugie’s journey began long before boardrooms, executive strategy sessions, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Arriving in the United States at age seventeen, she learned early the importance of resilience, perseverance, faith, and disciplined excellence. She pursued engineering with determination and went on to build a distinguished career spanning systems engineering, enterprise strategy, technology-enabled transformation, governance, organizational leadership, and large-scale change.
Over the course of her career at Lockheed Martin, Edugie rose to become a Senior Technical Fellow, the company’s highest level of individual technical recognition. She also became the first Black woman to attain that distinction, a milestone reflecting decades of technical excellence, strategic thinking, innovation, and trusted leadership across complex enterprise challenges.
Her work included helping shape short- and long-term strategy, enterprise and technology direction, governance approaches, and transformation priorities—bringing together business objectives, systems thinking, technology, leadership, and execution.
Her experience ultimately shaped a core belief that continues to guide her work today: successful transformation is rarely about technology alone. Lasting change happens when leaders gain clarity, align people around a shared vision, and connect strategy, systems, governance, and execution with purpose.
